A typical ideal meal schedule for me would be:
Wake Up: Water, Black Tea
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, a vegetable like spinach, kale or peppers and onions, banana
Brunch: yogurt with blueberries
Water, Green Tea
Lunch: chicken salad with grape tomatoes, apple or salmon with grilled peaches
Snack: avocado with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper with a clementine
Dinner: chicken, quinoa and a vegetable like cauliflower, broccoli or string beans and a sweet potato
